Rules & Guidelines | Brevard Children's Business Fair

Category	Requirement	Key Details
Age	Must be 6 to 17 years old on the day of the Fair.
Originality	Products/Services must be designed, created, or developed by the kid vendor(s).	No Reselling of commercially purchased items (e.g., items from import sites) is permitted.
Registration	One application per business (submitted online Summer 2026).	Group size limit: 3 participants per business.
Spots Available	125 vendor spots total.	Organizers reserve the right to limit categories for variety.

Action	Fee	Deadline
Participation Fee	$40 per business (non-refundable)	Within 24 hours of acceptance email. Failure to pay forfeits your spot.
Application Changes	$20 administrative fee	Required for any changes requested after confirmation payment.

Setup: Tables, chairs, and tents are NOT provided.
Tents: Maximum size is 10 ft x 10 ft (must be securely weighted).
Space: Must fit entirely within your assigned area. Do not encroach on neighbors.
Power: Electricity is NOT available. Gas generators are strictly prohibited.
Audio/Music: Not permitted at booths, unless approved in advance by the BCBF Committee (e.g., for buskers/performances).

The Fair is for the kids to run their business!

Parents CAN: Assist with setup and breakdown only.
Parents CANNOT: Sell products, handle money, or directly interact with customers regarding sales.
