Watching children turn their own creative ideas into a working business is one of the most rewarding experiences a parent can have. At the Brevard Children’s Business Fair, kids ages 6 to 17 learn how to budget, design marketing displays, and speak directly with real customers. It gives them practical life skills that school textbooks simply cannot teach on their own.

More Than a Sponsorship: Hosting Our Hands-On Workshop Series

2026 Financial Literacy Workshop at the IDEAS Institute

Holy Trinity’s commitment to the Brevard Children’s Business Fair goes well beyond financial sponsorship. This year, they generously opened their campus to host our first-ever youth entrepreneur workshop series, designed to help kids prepare before fair day:

• Financial Literacy: Young business owners learn how to price their products, track costs, and calculate profit.  

• Marketing Strategies: Kids practice creating bold, eye-catching signage and telling their brand story.

• Communication Skills: Participants build confidence presenting their products and practicing customer sales pitches.

  
  

Our very first workshop was a massive success with a completely full house! Parents and young creators filled the room, taking notes, asking questions, and practicing their pricing.
